Arrow Puzzle 3D - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Revoicers ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Arrow Puzzle 3D: Cube Blocks ("the Game", "the App", package name: com.revoicers.arrowpuzzle).

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We believe in transparency and want you to understand our practices. In short: we do not collect, store, or require any personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or account credentials) directly within the game. However, the Game integrates third-party services for analytics, crash monitoring, and advertising, which may collect certain technical and usage information as detailed below.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

When you play Arrow Puzzle 3D: Cube Blocks:

  • You do not need to register, create an account, or log in.
  • We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, physical address, or contact list.
  • We do not record audio, access your camera, or read personal photos/files.

2. Local Game Progress & Preferences

Your gameplay progress (such as completed levels, unlocked block shapes, puzzle state, hint availability, and sound/vibration settings) is saved locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to our external servers. If you clear app storage in your device settings or uninstall the Game, your locally stored game progress will be permanently erased.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

To keep Arrow Puzzle 3D free to play, maintain game stability, and optimize puzzle difficulty, we use reputable third-party SDKs (Software Development Kits). These third-party partners may automatically collect certain device and technical usage data:

A. Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the Game, including banners, interstitial ads between levels, and optional rewarded video ads (e.g., watching a video ad to receive a level hint).

AdMob may collect and process:

  • Device Identifiers: Mobile advertising identifiers such as Google Advertising ID (AAID on Android) or IDFA (on iOS).
  • Technical Information: IP address (used to infer general coarse location such as country or city), device model, operating system version, carrier, and screen dimensions.
  • Ad Interaction Data: Information about ad impressions, clicks, videos watched, and performance metrics.

Depending on your location and consent choices, Google AdMob may serve personalized or non-personalized ads in compliance with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR in Europe and CCPA in California).

B. Google Firebase Analytics (Analytics & Performance)

We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how players interact with the Game, monitor crash rates, and evaluate level difficulty.

Firebase Analytics collects aggregated, non-identifying telemetry such as:

  • Gameplay events (level started, level completed, level failed, hint used).
  • App session duration, frequency of play, and retention metrics.
  • Device information, OS version, app version, and crash logs.

This data helps us identify game bugs, fix crashes, and ensure levels are fun and properly balanced. Firebase Analytics data is pseudonymized and cannot be used by us to identify individual persons.

C. Google Play Services & In-App Reviews

The Game uses Google Play Services for core platform operations and the Google In-App Review API to let you rate the game directly without leaving the app. These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Your Choices and How to Opt Out

You have full control over advertising identifiers and personalized tracking on your device:

  • Reset or Delete Your Advertising ID (Android): Open your device's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads). You can choose "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID", or toggle "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
  • Google Ad Settings: You can manage ad personalization settings across Google services by visiting Google Ad Settings.
  • Consent Preferences: Where required by law (e.g., in the EEA/UK under GDPR), you will be prompted with a consent dialogue where you can customize or decline personalized advertising and tracking cookies.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy)

Arrow Puzzle 3D: Cube Blocks is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).

Our third-party advertising partners are configured to comply with applicable children's privacy regulations (including COPPA and Google Play's Families Policy).
