Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Reverse Voice Recorder ("the App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reverse Voice Recorder, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License to Use the App

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Reverse Voice Recorder on your device, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to record voice, reverse audio, play sound backwards, and import audio files as described in the App.

Your Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the App to record, reverse, or distribute content that infringes copyright, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App (except as permitted by applicable law).
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or make it available to third parties.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App.

You are solely responsible for any content you record, import, or create using the App. We do not claim ownership of your recordings or reversed audio; they remain yours. You must have the right to use any audio you import (e.g. you own it or have permission).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, loss of recordings, or any other harm. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) or, if the App is free, zero.

Changes to the App and to These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. We may add, change, or remove features. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time (e.g. by uninstalling it). Upon termination, the license granted to you ends.
