Arrow Puzzle 3D - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before downloading, installing, or playing Arrow Puzzle 3D: Cube Blocks ("the Game", "the App", package name: com.revoicers.arrowpuzzle), developed and provided by Revoicers("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use the Game

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Revoicers grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play Arrow Puzzle 3D: Cube Blocks on your compatible mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game — including, without limitation, the software code, procedural level generation algorithms, 3D block models, textures, animations, user interface designs, visual artwork, sound effects, trademarks, and logos — are owned by or licensed to Revoicers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or playing the Game. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Game or any part thereof.

4. In-Game Features, Advertisements & Hints

Arrow Puzzle 3D: Cube Blocks is offered free of charge and is supported by in-game advertising provided by Google AdMob.

  • Hints & Rewarded Ads: You may have the option to receive in-game hints or assists by voluntarily watching rewarded advertisements. The availability of rewarded ads and hints depends on network connectivity and third-party ad inventory. Revoicers does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of hints or specific ads.
  • Fair Play: You agree not to use automated scripts, emulators, bots, or any third-party software designed to bypass, simulate, or manipulate ad viewing or game progress.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
  • Bypass, disable, or tamper with any digital rights management or security features of the Game.
  • Exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unintended advantages.
  • Modify game save files (savegame.cfg) or memory data using cheat tools or modified APKs.
  • Distribute, mirror, or repackage the Game without express written permission from Revoicers.
  • Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may from time to time release updates, patches, bug fixes, or new content for the Game. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Game (including levels, block shapes, or mechanics) at any time without prior notice or liability to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVOICERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY, OR FREE OF ERRORS, BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE GAME IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVOICERS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE GAME, OR TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the Game from all your devices. We may terminate or suspend your license to access the Game immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you herein shall cease immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Game following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
